Reservation Details

Weekly Rate: $1,100 

Reservation Deposit: $500 (refundable 14 days after departure per rental agreement) at the time of reservation.

The following policies apply, as detailed in the full rental agreement.

1. Payment: An advanced payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required sixty (60) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The advance payment is not a security deposit. The balance of the rent is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.

2. Cancellations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
No penalty will be incurred if a cancellation is received within sixty (60) days notice. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage / reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

3. Cleaning Fee: $150.00
